Visual Solutions has extended us excellent support and a good customer service in various occasions and since February 2001 we have done a lot of improvement to our Human Resources Management System.

We installed the above software "Payflex, Timeflex, Leaveflex" in year 1997. As at today we are running the above software systems smoothly.

Initially  when we wanted to computerized our payroll system, we have made inquiries about the systems that are available in the market. from feedbacks of other users, we found out that using computerized clocking machines always create problems. End of the month, to have the clocking time link to payroll is always impossible without many manual adjustments. After much considerations, we have chosen Flex Software Programs for our payroll, time & leave management. We are glad that we have made that choice. Now, we have the three systems mentioned above interlink without much hassle at end of the month doing minimal manual adjustments due to end user's carelessness.

With the flexibility of the report writer that is available in the system, our staff handling the system can easily create the report format that is required by the management. This has increased the work efficiency of our employees and the management is also happy that we are able to retrieve the info readily and promptly for decision makings.

As such, we strongly recommend the system to those who wish to computerized their systems. However, the company has no obligations/liability or whatsoever to those taken up the system based on our recommendations.
