We provide FREE hotline services for customer who are under software maintenance service plan between 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Dedicated and well trained support engineer will be always available during the above working hours to provide most timely response and solutions to your queries.

   

 

Remote Software Support
 

 

To reduce unproductive time spent due to the possibilities of communication brokedown or misunderstanding between our engineer and customers, one of the key service available and which we emphasize on is remote software support.

Via modem to modem dial-up connection, our support engineer can immediately work on the problem at the customers end. Again, customers can enjoy this service FREE under software maintenance service plan.

   
 
Software Updates
 

 

 

It is our primary role to protect our customers' investment in technology especially in current rapid shifting IT technology environment. As such, continuous updates and enhancements through the used of cutting edge technology becomes a vital mission for our R&D teams.

Clients will receive regular updates FREE during their software maintenance period. We will either deliver the updates through diskettes/CDs or customer can choose to download the updates from our web site.
